Call for papers
We welcome proposals for papers on any kind of early modern encounter; proposers are encouraged to consider the theme broadly. Papers innovative in form are especially welcome.

reception and influence
competition and collaboration among writers
genre innovation and hybridity
touch
encounters with space aliens
multi-media events, artifacts and poetics

cinematic and theatrical encounters
